Refund Policy
At RedPlanner, we understand that sometimes travel plans may need to be changed or cancelled. We have established the following refund policy to assist our clients in making informed decisions about their travel arrangements.
- Deposit: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost to secure the reservation.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your trip more than 30 days before the start of the trip, you will be refunded all payments except the non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel your trip less than 30 days before the start of the trip, no refunds will be given.
In case of cancellation by our agency, you will be refunded all payments made.
- Changes to Itinerary: If you need to make changes to your itinerary after it has been confirmed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, any additional costs incurred as a result of the changes will be your responsibility.
- Refunds: All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of cancellation, delay, or other unforeseen events. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance coverage.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to our services and does not cover any third-party services such as flights, hotels, or tours. Refunds for these services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
