Yes Agent will get a 7 to 30 days free trial before registration with limited access. Post that agent will be charged for the login.
Yes. All the fields on the registration page are mandatory.
Company details like name, phone number, GST number , contact details and address are required for registration.
Agent can set the markup on company profile page. The markup has to be put in percentage format. For ex.10%
Yes. Agent can upload his company name and logo on the company profile and registration page. The same will appear on the itinerary and quote.

There is no limit on the number of logins for now but we suggest to keep it limited to 10 logins.
Yes. Super user can give access to subusers of a particular destination.This access will be based on his own access permissions during registration.
Super user can manage users from company profile page.
Yes. Super user can access any sub users itinerary and migrate the same to another account and then delete that user.
Yes. Your itineraries in super users account will show all the itineraries made by the sub users.
User first have to register to RP by providing required data and login using the userid choosen at the time of registering and password.
User has to click forgot userid/password on the login page and follow the steps to retrive the credentials.
Yes. If a session is idle for 15mins user will be automaticaly logged of and directed back to the login page.
City of the departure is the home town or start city from which the passenger will start his journey. This will help the agent to keep a record for planning flights.
Package type in Red Planner are categorized in 3 types. SIC, Private and SIC & Private. Agent can select or create itineraries based on the transfer type selected. (Please read terminologies section for definitions and full forms)
Age criteria for infant is 0-2 yrs and child is 5-11 yrs of age
If the client is flexible about dates and requests for best rates then agent can opt for flexible date option.
We have nearly 80 plus ready itineraries across 5 regions designed by our destination experts for different destinations, which include day wise program, Siteseeing details and cost with transfers & hotels selected at the time of query.
RP has 80 different ready itineraries with three types of transportation options, SIC, Private and SIC & Private. Agent can choose the types based on the available options and requirement of the client.
Yes. User can customize a ready itinerary by clicking 'Customize this competely'. This takes user to the builder page and he can amend the number of days change or edit the services, change the selected hotels etc, add or delete the cities etc.
No. We dont have this functionality right now but we may come up with such enhancement soon. Right now user can only make additions through customization.
To make a new itinerary fill in details on the query page, click on create your own itinerary. This will take user to the builder page. Here user can add cities, days, services, transfers, hotels and design the itinerary. User can finalise this itinerary and email the quote which can later be finalised after confirmation from the client.
No. User has to go back to the query page to change the destination. For ex. If user has selected USA as a destination he cannot modify the search to Canada. He will have to go back to the home page and change the destination.
Yes. User can change the dates or number of pax in Travel Details on the customization page
User can add a day by clicking 'Add day' on the left panel on the builder page. Similarly a day can be deleted by clicking the cross on a particular day/date on the panel. A day can only be deleted if all the services affecting other days in the itinerary are removed or amended.
Hotels on RP are picked from our live database when category in a itinerary is selected. When Package with City center hotels is selected, hotels in nearby city center will be picked up, similar in case of Package with outskirts hotels.
Yes. A hotel can be changed by clicking on 'Change hotel' in the hotel tab on preview page and select other option.
Yes. User can click 'Change hotel' in hotel tab on preview page and change the room category.
Yes. User can click the link on the name of the selected hotel on the hotel tab and check the hotel reviews, amenities etc.
RP has 3* and above category hotels listed in our database.

Yes. User can add a service cost manualy in Add cost option on builder page.
RP has private transfers, Self drive, Rail, SIC.
Click on add transfer button on a relevant session of the day and select the live transfers and cost listed. User can also select SIC like hop on hop off options from tours.
User must select airport transfers based on no of pax plus quantity of the baggage. For ex. a 6 seater vehicle may accomodate only 4 pax plus luggage for airport transfers.
Yes. User can choose a car from our Car at disposal database which can be selected for more thanm a day
No. Agent can choose not to add/remove a transfer for a particular sector where his client has to or requested to travel on his own.
Itinerary cost will include a day wise flow, attractions, tours, Transfers , and hotels. The inclusion and exclusions in each itinerary will have all the details.
Agent can optimize cost of a itinerary by selecting correct category of hotels, shared transfers, and a fiscible route of the destination places. For example
Yes.The final quote will include markup set by the agent in his company profile.
Yes. Services like hotels and transfers are dynamic and variable. All these rates must be revised/refreshed before sending a final quote to the client.
